Summer at MHCC

During the summer we take some time off from our routine of weekly worship, but we continue to be a community supporting one another and enjoying connections. We participate with other mainline protestant churches in Melrose as we rotate Sunday worship through the month of July. Worship at MHCC is on July 14.
Come join us at the return to worship in our sanctuary for regathering Sunday on September 8!

We also have several gatherings that you can join us for:

• Lawn Games and Cookout Night - Wednesday, July 24 at 6 pm Come join us for an evening of fun on the front lawn of the church. If we are rained out, we will move this event to the next evening, July 25. Everyone and all ages welcome!
• Walks in Fells -  July 13 at 10 am, July 27 at 1 pm, August 11 at 10 am, and August 25th at 10 am. We'll gather for a nature walk together with Pastor Chris, enjoying that the Spirit of God is present in the diversity of plants and animals in our area. Bring some bug spray and a water bottle. These are all ages events. 
• Fair Prep - "Christmas in July", July 10 and July 31 at 6:30 pm. Gathering together to share in fellowship while we prepare for the Fall Fair, boxing jewelry, and putting together craft items.
• Outdoor Movie Night - August 14 at 7:30 pm Come gather outside for a movie night together under the stars. Rain date for the the following evening, August 15). Everyone and all ages welcome!
